Why We Built This Site
Arizona has several warrant and case-information channels, and each has a different reach. The AZDPS Warrant Search accepts a name and date of birth and displays information reported by various courts, but the agency does not describe it as current, active, or complete. Arizona Public Access is a case index, not a warrant register. Neither replaces the docket maintained by the court that issued an order. County sheriffs and other peace officers may serve warrants, while the court decides whether the order remains in effect and what bond or appearance terms apply. Justice Courts and Municipal Courts also issue warrants in their own matters, including traffic and ordinance cases. These lower-court records may not appear in the same online source as a felony case. The statewide overview therefore needs a local next step: identify the court on a result, citation, or notice, and use the county route to reach the right clerk and sheriff. A missing statewide result is not proof that no Arizona warrant exists.

What We Cannot Do
Arizona Warrant Records is privately operated and has no affiliation with an Arizona court, sheriff, or state agency. It is not an official records system. Its role is limited:
- We do not hold court files or certify the current status of an Arizona warrant
- We cannot accept a bond payment or arrange a surrender, appearance, or walk-through
- We cannot change, quash, recall, or clear a warrant
- We do not give legal advice about an individual charge, bond, or court date
- We cannot promise that a government page, fee, phone number, or process remains unchanged
For an Arizona warrant's current status, contact the court that issued it. The sheriff or another serving agency can explain local custody and service steps, but only a judicial officer can recall the court order.
Search Partners
The sponsored search boxes use an outside report service and may lead to a paid offer. If a visitor signs up through a referral, the site may receive a fee. The provider sets its own price and search terms; its results do not confirm an Arizona court warrant. The public AZDPS search and issuing court are separate official channels.
